What is a health coach?
A health coach is a supportive guide who helps you make sustainable changes to improve your overall well-being. We work together to create a personalised plan that fits your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. It’s not just about food—it’s about all aspects of your life.
Whom do you work with?
I work with individuals who want to improve their health, manage autoimmune conditions, or develop healthier habits. My clients are motivated to make positive changes and seek a holistic approach to well-being.
How does health coaching work?
Health coaching is a collaborative process. We meet twice a month for six months to discuss your progress, challenges, and goals. Each session is tailored to your needs, and I’ll provide guidance, motivation, and accountability to help you succeed.

What happens during a coaching session?
Each session is a safe space where we’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and progress. We’ll explore areas like nutrition, stress, relationships, and lifestyle to create actionable steps that bring you closer to your goals.
Are sessions in person or online?
Sessions are flexible and can be conducted in person or online, depending on what works best for you.
How long is each session?
Each coaching session lasts about 1 hour and 50 minutes.
COMMITMENT AND PRICING
Why is there a six-month commitment?
Lasting change takes time. The six-month program allows us to dive deep, explore your challenges, and create sustainable habits that stick. It’s designed to give you the time and support you need to transform your health and life. There is also a three-month program, but this is not recommended for lasting results.
What is the cost of your program?
The cost is charged in full upfront and is AED13,860 over 6 months. We will meet twice a month to keep the momentum flowing.
What if I’m not sure if health coaching is right for me?
No problem! I offer a complimentary Health History Session to help you decide if coaching is a good fit for your needs.
TOPICS AND FOCUS
Is health coaching only about food?
Not at all! While nutrition is a key part of health coaching, we also focus on areas like stress, work-life balance, relationships, and emotional well-being. It’s about creating a balanced, fulfilling life.
Do you provide meal plans?
Instead of rigid meal plans, I guide you to discover what works best for your body and lifestyle. This approach is more flexible and sustainable in the long term.
Can health coaching help with autoimmune conditions?
Yes! As someone who has managed my own autoimmune diagnosis, I understand how challenging it can be. I provide support, resources, and strategies tailored to your needs to help you manage your condition and improve your quality of life.
GETTING STARTED
How do I get started?
Start by booking a complimentary Reset and Health History Session! We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and how I can support you. From there, we’ll decide if the program is the right fit for you.
What do I need to prepare for my first session?
Once you have signed up, I will share a link that includes a series of questions to help us maximise our discovery chat. Please complete this and share at least 48 hours in advance of our session.

Can I pause or cancel my program?
If life circumstances change, we can discuss options to pause or reschedule your program. However, this is only considered in the worst-case scenario. You need to be fully committed before joining my programme, as this is a partnership and you need to do the work. My goal is to support you in a way that works for your needs. However, if you do not cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance, the session will be deducted from the overall package.
