About My Coaching Style

I’ve been where you are, and I know how challenging it can be to make health and wellness a priority. As someone who has dealt with the pressures of corporate life and faced my own health challenges, I understand how important it is to feel supported.

With training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), certification in gut health, and experience as a Coactive Coach and Journey Practitioner (in training), I bring a mix of expertise, empathy, and real-world experience to every session.
